These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vend On Site LLC website and your booking of our photo booth services (the "Services"). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Your agreement is with Vend On Site LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"); our booking and photo software is provided by our technology partner, BoothFleet.
Bookings requested through this site are subject to availability and our confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on the option you select, a deposit may be due at the time of booking with the balance due before your event. The specific amounts, dates, and event details are set out in the rental agreement you sign when booking, which governs if it conflicts with these Terms.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are described in your rental agreement. Please review it carefully and contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
You agree to provide accurate booking information, to ensure we have safe and timely access to the venue with adequate space and power for the booth, and to use the Services lawfully. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests during your event.
Photos captured at your event are provided to you and your guests for personal use. We will not publicly share or use photos of your event for our own marketing without permission, except as set out in your rental agreement. You are responsible for making your guests aware that the booth captures photos.
We work to provide reliable Services and equipment, but the website and booth software are provided "as is," and we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the rare event of an equipment issue, our responsibility is limited as described in your rental agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and BoothFleet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the Services. Our total liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable booking.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and BoothFleet from claims arising out of your event, your guests' conduct, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
